Українська: Герб Стрийської єпархії: у синьому полі святий Яків у срібній одежі, зі срібною палицею і книжкою, зі золотим німбом навколо голови і золотою мушлею на плащі, обабіч нього та внизу – 5 золотих 8-променевих зірок – 2:2:1.

Святий Яків фігурував від ХV ст. на гербі адміністративного центру – міста Стрия, а 5 золотих зірок уособлюють 5 територіальних районів (Стрийський, Миколаївський, Городоцький, Перемишлянський і Жидачівський), які входять до складу єпархії.
