English: A FEDERAL HOUSING PROJECT BUILT FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN DEFENSE WORKERS JUST OUTSIDE COATESVILLE DURING WORLD WAR II. FOUNDRY ROAD AND BROOKS ROADS ARE A CUL DE SAC WITH 100 HOMES IN INTERNTIONAL STYLE. NAMED FOR GEORGE WASHINGTON CARVER, WORLD FAMOUS SCIENTIST. IN Caln (with an "L") Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Designed by Louis Kahn and Oscar Stonorov
