Originally in choir of the cathedral. The monument, one of the most important renaissance sculptures in Poland, with subtle depiction of the sleeping deceased, was adorned with 3 tondos with Leliwa coat of arms of Barbara's husband (left), Madonna and Child against clouds (center) and Topór coat of arms of the Tęczyński family.
