English: This is such a grand parents special dish which instantly reminds me of my grandparents.
Amla berries are rich in antioxidants, which reduce the risk of chronic health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. These are an excellent source of : Vitamin C. Vitamin E. Vitamin A. Iron. Calcium. which makes it a great recipe that can be eaten with parathas, pakoras and all such dishes that we eat with ketchup, so it can be a good substituent for ketchup. P.S. The picture also portrays my pet cats who are always meowing behind the scenes. So, how many cats do you see? (The answer is 3, I know what you're thinking, but there's one more hiding under that green napkin.)
