Description

It was way past 9 AM when we reached the wetland bird sanctuary - the road was crazy bad! And one of the first things we noticed was this sleepy Pelican with its beak hidden. I was excited to think that this could be a different pelican - any of which could be an exciting sighting for me. But nope, it was lazy Pelican sleeping late and resting in the hot sun far away from much of its flock which was already active in the water. These are very common here and in this sanctuary, I think there could be over 4-5000 of them.

Thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Much appreciated.
