Summary

Description
English: Church Notre-Dame du Taur from Toulouse - The Gothic-style portal takes the form of the portal of the church of the neighboring Cordeliers convent, also built at the beginning of the 14th century. It is framed by two large niches, which shelter statues under a trilobed arcature. The primitive statues, which disappeared during the French Revolution, were replaced by two statues from the chapel of Rieux, demolished in 1846, representing Francis of Assisi and an apostle. The originals are in the Musée des Augustins.
