Description
English: U.S. Army Pfc. Macarios Sossy, Network Systems Operator with the 1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 44th Expeditionary Signal Battalion-Enhanced.

As one of the only certified ammo handlers within the Battalion, Pfc Sossy was instrumental in facilitating the execution of Alpha Company’s M4 & Pistol Range, where he assisted in the coordination and pickup of nearly 15,000 rounds of ammunition and assumed personal responsibility for the accountability of the ammunition. With his efforts, Alpha Company was successful in its efforts in hosting a range for Battalion personnel.

A Network Systems Operator for a Small Scalable Node, he configures switching and routing equipment in conjunction with transport services to provide customers with secure and uninterrupted voice and data service. As a member of the SNN Team, Pfc. Sossy is expected to deploy anywhere within the European and African Theater within 72-hours, and provide supported units with world-class communication capability.
