In der DDR-Zeit Jugendherberge Nikolai Ostrowski, benannt nach dem sowjetischen Schriftsteller Nilolai Alexejewitsch Ostrowski. Er schrieb u.a. den Roman "Wie der Stahl gehärtet wurde".
