The Oath of Allegiance permits Eubie and his wife, "Aves Elizabeth Cecelia Blake," to travel to England and France in August 1920 for theatrical engagements. Page 2 includes the Affidavit of Identifying Witness, Noble Lee Sissle, who has known the applicant (Eubie) for six years. |
