The WP:En article has this picture since April, and is without the watermark. It is also bigger in size than that of coctailtimes, which suggest that cocktailtimes added a watermark and recompressed the picture. Bryan 12:08, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps but it has been used in the remote site since 9 April 2004. I am not certain what the copyright status is... It was uploaded to en.wiki on April 11, 2006. The watermark maybe removed with a software like photoshop. --Cat out 17:56, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- Since I am an admin on en.wiki, I took a look at the deleted edits there. The only thing that the original uploader entered was "{{PD-self}}", period. No description, no source. Also, the uploader has been inactive since June. Because it is something we can probably get from another source, I would prefer that we play it safe and Delete the Commons image here. - Comment: Then, why has it added the wartermark on the image that should belong to the public domain？ The easiest way to clarify this matter is contacting Cocktailtimes.com, but I am not sure if contacting it is a proper procedure at Wikimedia Commons. --Californiacondor 18:12, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
