She is the good person. Only the orthograph changes : "Queen Effat of Saudi Arabia" in Commons file description, and "Queen Iffat of Saudi Arabia" in external link.
This picture has to stay in place.

Hi,
There are two problems with this picture: who is she? is the license correct?
On internet we can see this picture alternately attributed to Queen Effat of Saudi Arabia or to Rita Hayworth [here)]. I can't say anything on this point, I do not find another picture of the young queen, but she look like Hayworth. Does someone have a picyure with a source ?
However, given the large distribution of this picture, I am suprised that this is a "personal work". It look like a copyright violation
This is an image used mainly in the French wiki. On the discussion of the page Effat in Arabic, doubt is raised in this picture.
