Obviously, the portrait could not have been taken in 2007 (per image description), since the subject died in 1980. If the copyright holder authorized its use (doubtful), we'd need an OTRS ticket. Regardless, we need a proper copyright tag, not PD-SELF. It's my understanding we have to respect the origin country's copyright law, even if it's not recognized in the US, and it's usage is currently legal in the US.
