Possible copyrighted image. There is no evidence that this is in PD. I found this and on clicking the claimed source here, I found nothing. Wikicology (talk) 10:20, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The claimed source was correct I'm sure; that was a project to colorize a number of photographs of Philippine history. They showed the original grayscale photo along with the colorization; this is the colorization. They posted it to other places, like here. There is another photo here taken the same day; that is a LIFE photo (implying that press photographers were there) at the en:Blair House in Washington DC during a visit in May 1946, so it's very possible the original is a US press photo. It could also be PD-USGov or {{PD-PhilippinesGov}}. If a regular Philippine photo, it would be {{PD-Philippines}} and PD-1996 (term before 1997 was 30 years for photos). I have not found any actual source info on the original photo, though, and without that we'd have to delete. Carl Lindberg (talk) 16:22, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
