Keep The defect is only esthetical, the documentary qualities are essentially kept - the disposition of the place and structures is clearly discernible, all depicted objects are identifiable, image composition is good, colours are tolerable. The image is rather blurred but in ordinary resolution (possible default options are 120 to 300px), the photo is usable and can look good even in any article or gallery page.
