Why should this be deleted if you retouched that picture and only uploaded it a few days ago? This one was uploaded first so it should stay. By the way, I only see very slight differences in your "retouched" photograph, and even the metadata is exactly the same. Same camera. But if it was "retouched", how can it be taken the day before? Well, the metadata says that the retouched picture was taken at theexact same time of day the day before? Sounds fishy. So your "taken the day before" argument is in the garbage.
