Per COM:FOP#United States. en:CITYarts, Inc.#Forever Tall tells that the work is from 2001. Stefan4 (talk) 14:39, 1 November 2012 (UTC)
- This image shows a building, which falls under the FOP rule. Since you cannot depict the whole building without showing the mural, it is OK and has to be kept. --AndreasPraefcke (talk) 20:14, 1 November 2012 (UTC)
- Weak Delete. Under US law, individual features of buildings may be copyrighted under the separability clause. The point here is to show the building, but the mural is a major part of it, so I think a COM:DM will fail. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 10:14, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
- Comment – The intent is to show the mural, not the building. The file is titled as being of the mural, and the image's caption at CITYarts, Inc.#Forever Tall is: Forever Tall CITYarts, Inc. mural at Cooper Square in the East Village of Manhattan, 2001. Senator2029 15:46, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
- Request – As this file was moved to Wikimedia Commons from en.wikipedia, if it is deleted, please ensure that the file is restored back. The original page was File:"Forever Tall" CITYarts, Inc. mural.jpg. Thank you. Senator2029 15:51, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
Deleted: Without the mural, this would be non-descript end wall of a non-descript building -- far out of scope. In order to keep the image, you have to argue that we would keep the image if the mural were not there, and that's silly. . Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 11:43, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
