April 1949 in Nahariya, Israel) war ein deutsch-israelischer Bauingenieur, zionistischer Politiker und Städteplaner in Palästina/Israel, wo er die deutsch-jüdische Immigrantensiedlung Nahariya mitgründete. Seit 1913 arbeitete er unter Arthur Ruppin in Jaffa im Palestinaamt.

English: Joseph Loewy (born 5 August 1885 in Gleiwitz, Upper Silesia, Germany; died 25 April 1949 in Nahariya, Israel) was a German Israeli civil engineer, Zionist politician and urban planner in Palestine and later Israel. He co-founded the German Jewish settlement of Nahariya. As of 1913 he worked in the Palestine Office in Jaffa led by Arthur Ruppin.
