Delete Nominated by uploader, reporting their own action as a copyright violation (See Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/User problems/Archive 110#Weird Myanmar military-related swath of deletion requests). A TinEye search shows a copy of this image was on a Flickr mirror site in 2016 (mirror site no longer appears to be an active domain). It is unclear whether the mirror site had access to the high resolution version we have here. However, given the earlier publication of the image (in any resolution) we probably need VRT evidence, which the uploader is unlikely to offer given their nomination.
