- In Japan(uploader lives in Japan/Products are made and sold in Japan), as a general rule, works for useful articles aren't protected by copyright law.
- In US, copyright law section 113 (c)"In the case of a work lawfully reproduced in useful articles that have been offered for sale or other distribution to the public, copyright does not include any right to prevent the making, distribution, or display of pictures or photographs of such articles in connection with advertisements or commentaries related to the distribution or display of such articles, or in connection with news reports.".The green figure irrustration on the label seems commonplace or routine. If we assume it could be creative, and then someone cut off from production(it would be difficult to separate from letter.) and modified to be above 113c, modified irrustration wouldn't be treat as copybio of original work no longer.--Ks aka 98 (talk) 16:21, 6 January 2014 (UTC)
