A clone tank gunner
Clone tank gunners were specialized clone troopers who served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. They participated in many battles, often operating heavy cannons, such as the AV-7 Anti-Vehicle cannons, and artillery on AT-TE walkers, Turbo Tanks, and other Republic vehicles.
Armor and Equipment[]
Due to their role, tank gunners were equipped with extra armor plating on their helmets as well as shoulders and chests. While coloration on their armor varied, the standard issue armor featured gray shoulder pads and chestplate armor as well as green-yellow helmet armor with the Republic insignia on either side of the plating on the helmet.
