Steven Michael Burns (born October 9, 1973 in Boyertown, Pennsylvania) is an American actor best known for portraying Steve in the Nick Jr. series Blue's Clues from 1996 to 2002. He would later reappear in its 2019 revival, Blue's Clues & You!
