Mrs. Claus is the wife of Santa Claus, first mentioned in the 1849 short story "A Christmas Legend" by James Rees. She is known for making cookies with the elves, caring for the reindeer, and preparing toys with her husband. Since the 1960s, she has frequently appeared in many Christmas-themed media featuring Santa.
