Earl Boen (August 8, 1941 - January 5, 2023) was an American actor and voice actor. He was perhaps best known as criminal psychologist Dr. Peter Silberman in the Terminator series and for voicing Chief Leonard Kanifky on Disney's Bonkers, Mr. Bleakman in Clifford the Big Red Dog, Simon Stagg in Justice League, and both the villainous Dr. Regis Blackgaard and his good-hearted thespian twin brother, R. Edwin Blackgaard in Adventures in Odyssey.
