The Smelly Man is a character that first and only appears in the episode Chowder loses his hat, where Kimchi tracked his scent due to him winning a garbage eating competition, when Chowder describes him he gets mad and yells at him, then leaves, Kiwi says that he's the champion of stinky, he later appears again (this time with Chowder's hat on).
