Grant Pelham was a mortal and the CEO of his family's company. He wanted the company to remain private, but his cousin Rod Dalvos wanted to take it public. However, Grant was unaware that his cousin was replaced with a demonic double after being kidnapped as a child by the demon Nanta.
History[]
When Billie Jenkins visited Rod Dalvos to ask about his kidnapping, she overheard an argument with Grant. She later discovered that Rod was demonic. Nanta then suggested that Rod hire Carl and Helen Jenkins, who had been turned into assassins by Billie's new power of Projection, to kill Grant.
Billie and the Charmed Ones prevented the assassination, but Rod then shot his cousin himself after Piper froze the scene and set up Billie's parents to take the fall. However, the sisters and Billie later framed Rod by having Piper confess to the shooting glamoured as Rod. Displeased, Nanta then made it appear as if Rod had committed suicide.
