History[]
After her son's disappearance, Fran has kept herself in the dark, thinking that her son had only been gone for a week instead of years. In 2001, Kellman ordered Tom to shed his own blood, meaning his mother. When Prue brought Fran to Tom, they were able to remind him what it was like to be human. Fran begged Tom to help her when Kellman held her at 'blade point'. After Tom killed Kellman and reversed his demonizing process, he was reunited with his mother.
