Biography[]
Debra Mayer was born in Hollywood, California on August 23, 1969 as Debra Lynn Mayrovitz. She attended Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, then transferred to California State University at Fullerton where she majored in Communications with an emphasis in Radio, Television and Film. She went on to become a high school English teacher. She began acting in 1999 with minor roles on General Hospital, Charmed (2001), and several music videos. She is best known for her roles in horror movies such as Voodoo Academy and several others. She stopped acting in 2013 and died on May 5th, 2015 due to suicide by acute multiple prescription drug Intoxication.
