Astarte is an ancient and powerful demon in the short story, Family History, in the novel, The Warren Witches. In ancient Sumeria, Astarte enslaved the locals and made them believe she was a goddess of war and fertility. At some point in her life, she fell in a millennia-old slumber.
History[]
Astarte was forcibly awoken by P. Russell, who attempted to steal her power. Astarte kill Russell, then proceeded to go after the rest of her family in several different periods of time as punishment.
When she confronted the Charmed Ones in their time, they cast a banishing spell and then a protection spell around the house to keep her at bay at all times. Eventually, several Warren witches, including P. Bowen, Posie, Brianna, Melinda Warren, Penny Halliwell and Patty Halliwell, join forces with the Charmed Ones and vanquish Astarte in their own respective times.

- Time Travel: The ability to travel to different periods of time. Astarte can exist in several timelines at once.
- Electrokinesis: The ability to manipulate electricity.

- Immortality: The ability to live an infinite lifespan.
- High Resistance: The ability to withstand physical and magical harm.
- Immunity: The ability to be unaffected by certain powers. Astarte was immune to the power of Molecular Immobilization.
