The Nightwatcher is a superhero/vigilante in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles incarnations. Raphael took the mantle to fight crimes in the 2007 movie, TMNT. Prior to the film and before Raphael donned the suit, the real Nightwatcher, David Merryweather, was mortally wounded by thugs and asked Raphael to take the mantle and Raph became the new Nightwatcher since.
