Bring 'Em Back Alive was an ABC network adventure series created by George Schenck & Frank Cardea, based on Frank Buck's 1930 book of the same name.

The show aired from September 24, 1982 to May 31, 1983, lasting for one season & 17 episodes.

Plot[]

Set in the 1930s in Singapore, the series centered on Frank Buck, a big game trapper & collector of wild animals who works out of the bar of the Raffles Hotel where he fights off a range of villains with the help of by United States Consul Gloria Marlowe and his friend, Ali.

Broadcast History[]

"Bring 'Em Back Alive" was scheduled against "The A-Team" on NBC and "Happy Days" & "Laverne & Shirley" on ABC. It was cancelled after 17 episodes due to low ratings.
