Italy is a country featured in several Call of Duty games, often depicted as a member of the Axis Powers and antagonistic faction during World War II.

Campaign[]
The Kingdom of Italiy is portrayed in the campaign levels Sicily 1 and Sicily 2. At 9:00 hours of the 12 of July, 1943, along a SAS team, Major Ingram and James Doyle infiltrate the cliffs of Capo Murro di Porco in a peninsula on the island of Sicily to take out heavy guns in preparations for the Allied invasion of the island, codename Operation Husky.

The Multiplayer maps Italy, Sicily and Cassino are located in Italy.
Call of Duty: Finest Hour[]

The Kingdom of Italy doesn't physically appear in the campaign, Italian soldiers are only mentioned and seen in the cutscene of the North African Campaign.

It only appears in the Multiplayer in the Multiplayer maps The Vault and The Village.
Call of Duty 2[]
The Italian colony of Libya appears in the campaign levels Crusader Charge and 88 Ridge. Italian tanks are also seen in the cutscene of the North African Campaign.
Call of Duty 2: Big Red One[]

The Kingdom of Italy is an antagonist country in Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. The Royal Italian Army are enemies in the missions Tankers, Operation Husky and Piano Lupo. The mission Farewell to Friends also takes place in Italy.
Multiplayer[]
The Royal Italian Army is a playable faction on the Axis side in the multiplayer maps Bizerte, Gela and Troina. The map Cassino returns in the game as well. The Italian tank M13/40 is seen on the Multiplayer maps Kasserine and Cassino in the hands of the Wehrmacht and in the map Bizerte in the hands of the Royal Italian Army.

The Kingdom of Italy appears in the first campaign mission Altavilla.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3[]
The multiplayer maps Erosion and Piazza are located in Italy.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare[]
The city of Venice appears in the multiplayer map Renaissance which is set in Venice, Italy. The map is only available from the "Sabotage" map pack.
Call of Duty: WWII[]
The Kingdom of Italy is the location of the multiplayer map Monte Cassino from the United Front map pack and the War Mode map Operation Husky, set in the Allied invasion of Sicily from The War Machine map pack.
The Royal Italian Army is playable in multiplayer in the Airborne Division of the Axis Powers. The Italian Resistance is also playable in the Allied Powers.
