"This fully automatic .50 GS boasts a thunderous rate of fire and enough power to put an end to anyone foolish enough to cross your path. Hold down the trigger and let this .50 Cal speak for itself."
— In-game description

The GS Magna is a fully-automatic handgun featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. It was added on May 10th, 2023 as part of the Season Three Reloaded update.

The GS Magna is also available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III as part of the Modern Warfare II content carryover.

Overview[]

Campaign[]

In the Modern Warfare III campaign, the GS Magna can be found in a supply box in the mission "Precious Cargo".

Multiplayer[]

As a fully-automatic variant of the .50 GS, the GS Magna retains many of the same qualities possessed by its semi-automatic counterpart, boasting high stopping power at close range. Statistically, the GS Magna has slightly less range and damage output compared to the .50 GS, but makes up for it with better accuracy, recoil control, mobility and overall fire rate. Uniquely, the GS Magna accepts underbarrel attachments, exchanging the ability to customize the trigger action and install a laser sight like the .50 GS does for this feature. Due to its fully-automatic nature however, the GS Magna burns through its small magazine extremely quickly, which can put the player in a tough spot while mid-engagement.

Zombies[]

In Modern Warfare III, the GS Magna can be brought into Operation Deadbolt via Create-A-Class, at Common rarity and can be found at any rarity via the Mystery Box for 950 Essence. When upgraded via the Pack-a-Punch Machine or with Aetherium Crystals, it becomes the Great 5H0T.
