Carl Hamilton is an engineer stationed aboard the Retribution. The player can interact with him whenever the player goes on a mission which takes the player to the Armory of the Retribution, where he is usually found outside of the door leading into the Armory. He was killed during Operation Blood Storm when exiting the Raven dropship.
