Pa Cop is a minifigure released in 2014 as part of the LEGO Movie theme. He is Bad Cop/Good Cop's father and the husband of Ma Cop.

In The LEGO Movie, Lord Business wanted Bad Cop to use the Kragle on his parents. Bad Cop's good side didn't want to do it causing Lord Business to use nail polish remover and a q-tip to remove Bad Cop's good face. Afterwards, Bad Cop used the Kragle on his parents. After the Kragle was destroyed, Bad Cop reunited with his parents.

Bad Cop’s parents are a pair of simple, honest country police officers. There isn’t a lot of law-breaking in the towns, farms and villages outside of Bricksburg, but all of their neighbors consider them to be good and cherished pillars of the local community. Ma and Pa Cop are both very proud of their son’s work in the big city, although sometimes they worry about whether he listens enough to his good side. |

- Bad Cop/Good Cop's voice actor Liam Neeson played Pa Cop in the movie in addition to playing Qui-Gon Jinn and Ra's Al Ghul in the Star Wars prequels and The Dark Knight trilogy respectively.
- Neeson has also previously portrayed John "Hannibal" Smith in the 2010 movie version of The A-Team.
- He has the same hairpiece as Harry Potter and young Anakin Skywalker, but in grey.
- He's similar to Commissioner Gordon from DC Comics, as they're both old police officers with moustaches and glasses.
- He and Ma Cop are one of the few parent minifigures of the LEGO world who were the parents of Bad Cop.
