Not much is known about him but he is a descendant of the Wayne family.On level 21 inCustom:Justice League time traveler the video game Custom:Nightwing (Justice League) had Raven open a portal into the future while the Original titans battled random drones controlled by Deathstroke.A quick glimpse inside the portal shows he was fighting a Tech-Wizard one of the many Tech-Wizards from Tech-inc.
