Because all auto-confirmed users would not edit it responsibly, after a community consensus. There is no readily available protection level for patrollers. - nxt 18:13, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

Minor point[]

Since the whole of the Eurozone uses the comma as a decimal point instead of the period, should Euro currency be written as €1,99 instead of €1.99?? Kingcjc 17:02, June 29, 2011 (UTC)

This is full of grammar mistakes and bad formatting. I feel that this should be reduced to autoconfirmed protection; any controversial changes should be reverted and discussed as outlined in WP:BOLD.
