The Highbreed Councilors are large Highbreed that sit on either side of the Highbreed Supreme. They are the ones that elect the Highbreed Supreme. They are among the Highbreed whose dying DNA have been randomized into different hybrids from the Omnitrix's aliens by Ben, which saved their entire race from extinction.
