I'm Elio García, one of the founders of Westeros.org (along with my fianceé Linda). I'm of Cuban-American descent and a former Army brat who's lived in several states (Georgia -- where I was born -- North Carolina, California -- my favorite -- and Florida) and one other country (Italy) thanks to the Army shipping my father hither and yon.
Besides running the site and the A Song of Ice and Fire Forum, I've co-written the The World of Ice and Fire world book with Linda and GRRM.
