A Feast for Crows
Lorcas is the gatekeeper when Samwell Tarly arrives at the Seneschal's Court and asks to speak with the Seneschal. Lorcas makes Samwell wait for hours. Alleras intervenes and explains Lorcas will continue to make Sam wait if he does not bride him with a penny. Sam and Alleras depart the hall for the Ravenry.[2]
