Maester Denestan is the author of the book Questions. In his book, Denestan argues that it has been two thousand years since the last kingsmoot,[1] and Alyssa Arryn's lifetime.[2] He also speculates that the runic armor of House Royce is far less ancient than it appears to be.[3]
