The Blue Knight was a vigilante who was active in Astro City from 1972 to the early 1980's. Mystically empowered by unknown means, he hunted down criminals by marking them so that he could track them wherever they went.
Confirmed sightings of the Blue Knight stopped in 1988. There are rumors that a team calling themselves the Blue Knights were active throughout the 1980's, but have never been proven.
