Coast City is a large urban cluster located in California in the United States.
Overview[]
According to McKenna Hall, Coast City has the best physical therapy facility in the country.[1] It is also the home of Ferris Air, a renowned international airline company.[2]
History[]
In 2010, Oliver Queen boarded a ship bound for Coast City from Hong Kong.[3] He remained in Coast City for five months and began a brief stint as a vigilante, chasing around petty criminals before being tracked down again by Amanda Waller. After drinks at a bar, Amanda drugged Oliver and forcibly returned him to Lian Yu for an A.R.G.U.S. mission.[4]
McKenna Hall currently lives in Coast City with her sister, having relocated there from Starling City in March 2013 to attend physical therapy after being temporarily paralyzed on duty.[1]
In late 2014, the district attorney of Starling City visited his niece in Coast City.[5]
Barry Allen once used his super speed to buy some carry-out pizza for his friends from Coast City Pizza, mentioning that it is known as "the best in the west".[2]
In early 2015, Coast City was attacked by a threat, requiring the combined forces of Green Arrow, The Flash, Black Canary, The Atom, and Vixen to save the city.[6]
After an encounter with Zoom that nearly cost Linda Park her life, she temporarily relocated to Coast City in late 2015 to stay with friends, believing that doing so would provide relative safety and distance from her attackers.[7]
Joanie began studying at Coast City University in fall 2017.[8]
On March 28, 2018, Izzy Bowin was to perform in Coast City during her tour.[9]
