- "You guys have Central City but you don't have S.T.A.R Labs. No Cisco Ramon, no Harrison Wells, no Caitlin Snow."
- —Barry Allen on Earth-38's Central City[src]
Central City was a city located in the United States of Earth-38.
History[]
After he traveled from Earth-1 to Earth-38, Barry Allen discovered that he had traveled to a universe that also had Central City. However, it didn't have a S.T.A.R. Labs, let alone his fellow Team Flash members.[1]
Indigo suggested to Non that after using Myriad to take control of National City, they move on to other locations such as Central City.[2]
Sometime before 2017, Samantha Arias got a job in Central City and had to move there with her daughter, Ruby.[3]
