Barbara Whitmore is a resident of Blue Valley from Earth-2. She is the wife of Pat Dugan, the mother of Courtney Whitmore, and the step-mother of Mike Dugan.
Biography[]
At some point, Barbara went with her family to the Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming for a family trip.[1]
