At some point, Maggie became engaged to Kate Kane.
Kate and Maggie planned an "engagement thing" and invited Bruce Wayne, Kate's cousin, to come.

- In the comics, Maggie Sawyer is a police officer and love interest for Kate Kane, AKA Batwoman. Howver, in the comics DC editorial never allowed the characters to get married, for which they received enormous backlash.
