The War Ministry was an Royal Army division formed on the orders of King Maximillian Acorn solely for the purpose of fighting the Overlanders during the Great War, with the current Warlord it's head. Initially, the Ministry was losing the war, until Julian Kintobor defected and offered his tactical and technical knowledge to the King's service, which, now at Warlord Kintobor's direction, the Ministry used to guide the Army to victory. The Ministry was to be dismantled after the war's end, though at the dismantling ceremony, Kintobor, declaring himself Dr. Ivo Robotnik, launched his military coup, and the un-prepared and un-defended Kingdom of Acorn quickly fell to his robotic minions.
