Paul Kaminski is a long-time editor of the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comics. Amongst other work he has done in the series, he is known to have played a part in the development of the Genesis Arc that spanned StH #225-#230. Reportedly, Kaminski felt that the original storyline surrounding the Death Egg Mark 2's debut wasn't satisfactory for the celebration of Sonic's 20th anniversary.
