Colonel (Dingo Regime)

The Colonel was a Mobian Dingo residing on Angel Island. At one point after the Eggman Empire invasion of the island, the colonel became head of one of the Echidna Prison Camps built by the Dingo Regime. During this time his camp was invaded by the Chaotix and Sonic. (StH: #138)
