The Winkie Guards are the Wicked Witch of the West's foot soldiers from The Wizard of Oz.

They are mostly known for their infamous chant, which goes, "Oh-Ee-Yah! Ee-Oh-Ah!" (or alternatively “All we own, we owe her!” Or “oh we love the old one!” Or “oh we loathe the old one!”). They mostly guard the Castle Grounds.

When Dorothy's friends came to the Witch's Castle to rescue her, they stole three of the Winkies' uniforms and snuck into the castle. After the Witch died, the Winkies are no longer hostile and minions to their mistress and thank Dorothy for killing her. This strongly implies that they were not really evil at all and were merely slaves to the Witch in the same way the Munchkins were to her late sister. Thus they only did her evil bidding because they had no choice and feared her wrath.

The Winkies appeared in the 1995 television special "The Wizard of Oz in Concert: Dreams Come True" where the male actors only perform the chant and lines. They do not wear the outfits and hold pikes in this production.

They appeared in the 2013 prequel Oz: The Great and Powerful. They served Evanora, the Wicked Witch of the East and were the Emerald City guards. When Evanora, and Theodora were both banished from the city, it is likely they all left to serve them.
