Norwood Oou is the secondary antagonist of Where's Waldo? episode "The Living Exhibits".
Biography[]
Norwood is the famous artist and part-time chimney sweep who steal all sorts of rare treasures from the exhibits. Okey Dokey have to shut down the museum if this keeps up. When Norwood is introduced by Dokey, he thanks Waldo and appreciate that from the bottom of my artistically superior his heart. Norwood angrily tells Dokey that Wenda is talking about him. He brings out the case to dress nice and get photo taken by Wenda on the front of picture. The three travelers visit the ancient Rome section of the museum in search of clues. He also steal Emperor Nero’s fiddle and one of Cleopatra’s treasures.
When the customers are after Dokey for their money back, Norwood gives Dokey a helmet and leaving him to get chased by the customers. After the three travellers return from Egypt, Waldo found four things which the thief stole. When Norwood attempting to take his portrait home, he is confronted by the four and Waldo reveals the missing treasures from Norwood's portrait which he stole earlier. Wenda told Dokey that he is going to take his picture home and remove the treasures he stole. Dokey is outraged that Norwood was actually a thief and orders his guards to arrest him.
